How We'll Work Together
Our work together is relational, grounded, and led by what feels most alive for you. Sessions usually begin with what’s present — something current, a familiar emotional pattern, or a feeling you want to understand more deeply. From there, we let the conversation unfold naturally rather than following a rigid structure.

Alongside talking, we may slow things down and pay attention to what’s happening in the moment — emotions, bodily sensations, memories, or shifts in energy as they arise. At times, I might name patterns I notice or reflect what I sense happening between us, always with curiosity and respect. Awareness, over time, allows change to emerge.
We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. If things feel overwhelming, we’ll pause, ground, and make sure you feel resourced enough to continue. You remain in control of the process, and we’ll regularly check in about what feels helpful or needs adjusting.

I’m not judgmental or directive, and nothing you bring is too much or out of place. My role is to meet you with honesty, compassion, and curiosity, supporting you to understand yourself more fully and develop a steadier, more connected way of being in your life and relationships.
