Experience Change with Psychotherapy
Helping you to change your world
Have you ever experienced a sense of confinement or the feeling that your potential is unfulfilled? Life's hurdles can lead to anxiety, depression, diminished self-esteem, or profound loneliness. We might grapple with being easily overwhelmed, struggle to maintain fulfilling relationships, and sense a lack of purpose in our lives.
As a trainee psychotherapist I provide a secure, attentive, and non-judgmental space for you to be heard. Each person possesses a unique narrative and set of experiences. Together, we can delve into the tapestry of what defines you.
Core Process Psychotherapy is rooted in the belief that within every individual resides an inherent state of well-being and wisdom. This "core state" remains ever-present, irrespective of our circumstances but is often obscured by those challenging experiences which shape the development of our personalities.
I will accompany you on a joint exploration into the depths of your experiences. Together, we will proceed mindfully and compassionately, at a pace that suits you. Our focus will be on the present moment, cultivating an ongoing awareness of bodily sensations to quieten the mind.
The Core Process approach guides us to reconnect with sources of joy, laughter, and well-being. Through mindful inquiry, we can release old patterns, welcoming life with newfound creativity and adaptability.
To begin, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation, allowing us to assess our compatibility. Subsequently, I provide medium- and long-term in-person therapy at a rate of £50 per session. Online therapy is also available through Zoom. If you are on a low income, please don't hesitate to get in touch as I sometimes have reduced rate spaces available.
